After Care Program
Growing Together
The U.S. Taekwondo After School Program is a great way for parents to make the most of their children’s after school hours. We pick up your child from school and return them to our martial arts school (Do-jang). The children have designated homework time, are supplied a small snack and martial arts training time, as well as free time for play, reading, and other activities. The children are productive, in capable hands, and in a caring environment. Pick up from Roger Bacon elementary/middle school and Acme-Delco elementary. Parents pick up at 6:00pm from our Do-jang.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - Adult Class

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a grappling-based martial art whose central theme is the skill of controlling a resisting opponent in ways that force him to submit. Due to the fact that control is generally easier on the ground than in a standing position, much of the technique of BJJ is centered round the skill of taking an opponent down to the ground and wrestling for dominant control positions from where the opponent can be rendered harmless.

Just like the Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class, our kids class is designed to provide your child with all of the skills needed to successfully handle an altercation that may put them in a uncomfortable or dangerous position. We at U.S. Taekwondo understand the importance of teaching our children not only to defend themselves but, also how to conduct themselves in any situation.
